Jennifer Becomes She Hulk 3

That pic in the upper right corner (where Jen is growing out of her clothes because the change once again has a hold on her)---was that a stand-alone mid-TF work or was it part of a sequence or mini-comic? If it is part of a sequence or mini-comic, is that still around anywhere? I remember seeing that particular scene quite a few years ago, but I wasn't sure if it was part of a larger work. Thanks!
